Try our Residential Carpet Cleaning Services Today! Our carpet cleaning technicians are all certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) to clean carpets and upholstery using truck-mounted steam equipment. This process ensures that soil and cleaning agents are thoroughly rinsed and extracted from your carpets so that they dry faster, look better and stay clean longer. Carpet cleaning is an efficient way to improve the appearance of your home, lengthen the life of your carpet, and improve your indoor air quality.
For customers who choose our "Baby-Safe" method, we can substitute standard carpet cleaning chemicals with a product that is hypo-allergenic, all natural, containing no soaps, perfumes, phosphates, hazardous VOC's, is colorless, non-toxic and is biodegradable and environmentally safe. Fewer chemicals in your carpet mean fewer chemicals in your air, and improved indoor air quality. Because this product is hypo-allergenic, it is especially good for families with small children and/or pets, both of whom are likely to get more direct contact with the carpet and also have more sensitive skin than adults. Carpet and Upholstery Protectors As the finishing touch to your thoroughly cleaned carpet and/or upholstery, fabric protectors can be applied that will help your carpet and upholstery resist soiling from dry dirt, water- and oil-based spills by wrapping each fiber in a protective coating. These protectors give you more time to clean up spills before they soak into the fibers, helping you keep your carpet and upholstery looking its best between cleanings.
Carpet and Upholstery Deodorizers Carpet and upholstery deodorizers eliminate odors caused by pets, smoke, food and other organic sources. They work by immediately neutralizing the odor itself and eliminating its source, leaving your home smelling fresh and clean.

Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat do I have to do to prepare? There is very little that you need to do to prepare your home for our arrival. The only thing we ask is that you remove any breakables or valuable items from the rooms being cleaned. Our technicians will handle moving minor furniture that one technician can move safely such as chairs, desk mats, trash cans, etc.) when they arrive.
What will happen during the visit? Once our technicians arrive, they will conduct a pre-inspection of the rooms and/or items to be cleaned, noting any heavily soiled areas or traffic patterns. They will also discuss the process with you and answer any questions you may have. They will carefully move any furniture from the rooms (exceptions: We do not move fish tanks, computers, any audio visual equipment, pianos, wall units, beds, bookcases, etc.) To ensure the most thorough cleaning, our technicians will pre-treat any areas of concern, and then clean the entire area using our exclusive hot water extraction method. Once they have cleaned the room, they will apply any requested deodorizer or protector. Finally, they will return your furniture to its original location, placing protective blocks or plastic sheets under the legs. Once all rooms/upholstery have been serviced, the technicians will complete a final inspection with you to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with cleaning.
How long will it take to clean my carpet? On average, it will take approximately 20 minutes per room. This time can vary greatly depending on the amount of furniture to be moved, how dirty the carpet is and any necessary spot removal treatments. How long will it take for my carpet to dry? Drying time depends on humidity levels, air flow to the room(s) cleaned and the type of carpet. In general, turning on your air conditioning or heating system (depending on the time of year and your location) will help speed the process. While it typically takes between 2 and 24 hours for the carpet to dry, you can walk on it as soon as we are finished (just remember to remove street shoes first to avoid re-soiling). Be especially careful when walking from damp, carpeted areas on to non-carpeted areas to avoid slipping. Be sure to leave the protective blocks or plastic sheets under furniture legs in place until the carpet and/or furniture is completely dry to avoid any color transfer.
How long do I have to wait after cleaning to let my children or pets on the carpet? The carpet may be walked on with clean feet or shoes immediately after cleaning; however, we recommend limiting activity on the carpet to this foot traffic until it is completely dry. Will water ruin my carpet? Modern carpet technology is basically water resistant, and approximately 95% of the limited amount of water used in our cleaning process is removed by an industrial-strength vacuum. Our product is approved by major carpet manufacturers including DuPont, Monsanto, Allied Fibers, Collins & Aikman, and Shaw Industries.
I’ve heard that cleaning my carpet makes it soil faster. Is this true? Soapy residue can attract dirt. Cleaning your carpets yourself with store-bought products, hiring companies that use soap to clean your carpet without completely rinsing it or companies which employ dry-cleaning methods could cause your carpets to soil faster. This is why it is particularly important to hire our expertly trained professionals with the right equipment to clean your carpets. Will the cleaning agents used harm my children or pets? Standard carpet cleaning chemicals could cause skin irritation for small children, pets, or people with allergies. This is why we recommend our baby-safe product for families with children or pets. Do I need to move my furniture before the crew arrives? Our crews are professionally trained to move your furniture, and return it to its rightful place when cleaning is completed. We will move most furniture that can be safely moved by a two man crew. However, there are several items we will not move, such as: pianos, electronics, fish tanks, china cabinets, waterbeds, large beds, dressers with mirrors, pool tables, etc. We do suggest you remove items off of your furniture like plants, lamps and knickknacks, or breakable valuables.
Do I have to be home while my carpet is being cleaned? In order to provide the best possible service, we do recommend that someone is home before we begin cleaning to discuss any specific needs or areas of concern regarding the care of your carpet.
Can I have both my area rug and the carpet that it sits on cleaned at the same time? Yes. However, the area rug cannot dry over the wet carpet. The area rug must be taken to another area (such as dry carpet or clean concrete) to dry.
What should I do if the stains that were cleaned reappear? Although most stains that are removed from carpet do not reappear, deep stains in carpet backing may wick to the surface after cleaning. If this happens, contact us as soon as possible. Do you guarantee customer satisfaction? We are happy to work with you to correct any situation that may arise. In some cases this can mean spot cleaning specific areas of concern or even completely re-cleaning the areas in question. In the end, we’re not satisfied until you are.
