We provide a wide variety of commercial services, and can tailor a program to meet your needs. Because we provide such a wide variety of services, your company benefits in a number of ways. First and foremost, your facilities security is strengthened by having fewer vendors with access to your building. Additionally, your accounting department will appreciate having fewer bills to pay.

As mentioned on our "About Us" page, we are a family owned and operated business. Unlike many large janitorial companies, we do not have layers of middle-men to communicate with. If you have any service, scheduling, or accounting related questions, all you have to do is call our main office line to directly reach a member of our staff. Because we provide many of our commercial services "after hours", we are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. On nights and weekends, we always forward our office telephone line to one of our management staff so that you can always reach us in an emergency.

JANITORIAL SERVICES

Below you will find a sample of a very basic, 1x per week janitorial work schedule. As noted, we will develop a customized work schedule for your unique facility. Services can be provided daily, weekly or semi-monthly depending on your needs.

General: Collect and remove all trash to designated area; Wipe wastebaskets and/or replace liners as needed; Clean front door glass; Spot clean furniture, tables, and counters; Spot clean doors, frames, and switch plates; Sanitize telephones; Clean break area counters, tables, cabinet exteriors, and exteriors of appliances; Dust horizontal surfaces of counters, tables, chairs, cabinets, picture frames, shelves, bookcases, files, sills, blinds, ledges, partitions, and other office equipment leaving items on these surfaces in their original positions (dusting excludes live or artificial plants); Dust computer screens; Dust vents and baseboards as needed; Vacuum carpets; Dust mop/damp mop vinyl/tile floors; Properly arrange furniture;

Restrooms: Empty trash receptacles and replace plastic liners; Clean, disinfect and polish all toilets, basins, fixtures and dispensers; Clean all mirrors; Spot clean doors/walls/cabinets/switch plates; Fill dispensers (soap, towels, toilet paper) with your supplies as needed; Sweep/wet mop floors

Other: Follow building security procedures (turn off lights, set alarm, lock up, etc.); Leave notice of any irregularities noted during service (i.e., defective plumbing fixtures, alarm problems, doors left unlocked, lights left on)

FLOOR CARE

We offer resilient and hard floor care that includes stripping, scrubbing, sealing, waxing and buffing.

We offer tile and grout restoration and sealing.

CARPET/UPHOLSTERY CLEANING

We clean carpets and upholstery using truck-mounted steam equipment. This process ensures that soil and cleaning agents are thoroughly rinsed and extracted from your carpets so that they dry faster, look better and stay clean longer. Carpet cleaning is an efficient way to improve the appearance of your facility, lengthen the life of your carpet, and improve your indoor air quality.

For customers who choose our "Green" Cleaning program, we can substitute standard carpet cleaning chemicals with a product that is hypo-allergenic, derived from renewable seed and vegetable sources, containing no perfumes, phosphates, hazardous VOC's, solvents or other hazardous products, is biodegradable and environmentally safe. Fewer chemicals in your carpet mean fewer chemicals in your air, and improved indoor air quality.

WINDOW CLEANING

We offer two different methods of window cleaning. The first is the standard method most are familiar with…the squeegee method. Water and chemical are applied to the window, dirt is scrubbed away, and then a squeegee is used to remove excess water and thereby prevent spotting.

The second method is used only when the windows are not accessible by ladder. It is a de-ionized water method. Simply put, de-ionized water is pumped through a hose attached to a brush on an extension pole. Our technician will scrub the window with the brush to remove dirt. Because the water is de-ionized, the surface tension of the water is broken, and will not cling to your windows. Thus, instead of needing a squeegee to remove excess water, it drains on its own.

SUPPLIES

Standard janitorial service includes restocking dispensers with your supplies. In addition to this service, we can inventory, order and deliver supplies to your facility as needed. Under our "Green" Cleaning program, we can order products such as toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags that meet EPA requirements for post-consumer waste content (made of recycled materials). Because we order in bulk and have been in business for 25 years, we can provide you with supplies at an extremely competitive rate. 

GREEN CLEANING

In addition to standard janitorial services, we offer a program of "Green" Cleaning. "Green" Cleaning is a comprehensive approach to cleaning that combines chemicals, equipment, tools, disposables, and most importantly, processes, training and communication to produce an effective and safe cleaning program.
